Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing given to the Chief Executive Officer, give a direction to Comcare with respect to the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act or the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , otherwise than in relation to a particular case.
(2) Comcare shall comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
(3) This section does not affect the application of section 28 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 in relation to Comcare.
