                   The Authority comprises the following members:

                     (a)  a Chairperson;

                     (b)  a Deputy Chairperson;

                     (c)  2 members representing employers;

                     (d)  2 members representing employees;

                     (e)  the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.
