SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 514

Surviving partner and deceased partner

                   If:

                     (a)  a person is receiving parenting payment; and

                     (b)  the person's partner dies;

then, for the purposes of this Division:

                     (c)  the person is the surviving partner ; and

                     (d)  the person's partner is the deceased partner .
