SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 123TGA

Declared voluntary income management area

                   The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that:

                     (a)  a specified State; or

                     (b)  a specified Territory; or

                     (c)  a specified area;

is a declared voluntary income management area for the purposes of this Part.
