VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 11AA

Reinstated pensioner

                   In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:

"reinstated pensioner" means a person who the Commission has determined under section 13AG to be a reinstated pensioner.
