VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 170

             (1)  A person shall not:

                     (a)  obstruct or hinder the Board or a member in the performance of the functions of the Board; or

                     (b)  disrupt a hearing before the Board.

Penalty:  $2,000 or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.

             (2)  In subsection (1), member includes an acting member.
