VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 58

                   This Subdivision applies to:

                     (a)  pensions payable under Part III (Service Pensions) or Part IIIA (Income Support Supplement); and

                     (b)  pension bonus and pension bonus bereavement payment payable under Part IIIAB.
