WOOL INTERNATIONAL PRIVATISATION ACT 1999 - SECT 2

(1)

Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2)

Schedule 2 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation. However, if Schedule 2 does not commence by Proclamation within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, then Schedule 2 commences on the first day after the end of that period.
