An Act to validate certain regulations under the Wheat
Tax Act 1957

WHEAT TAX REGULATIONS (VALIDATION) ACT 1987
- SECT 1   Short title [see Note 1] 

 
        This Act may be cited as the Wheat Tax Regulations (Validation) Act
1987.

WHEAT TAX REGULATIONS (VALIDATION) ACT 1987
- SECT 2   Commencement [see Note 1] 

 
        This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal
Assent.

WHEAT TAX REGULATIONS (VALIDATION) ACT 1987
- SECT 3   Validation of regulations 

 
        The regulations purporting to have been made under the Wheat Tax Act
1957 on 13 September 1987 and notified in the Gazette on
16 September 1987, being Statutory Rules 1987 No. 182, shall be deemed to
have been validly made under that Act on 13 September 1987.
