BETTING (ACTTAB LIMITED) ACT 1964 - SECT 36

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare a race club, being a body corporate incorporated under a law in force in the ACT, to be a declared race club.

    (2)     A declaration is a disallowable instrument.

Note      A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
