Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister shall grant to the company in writing a licence to conduct or provide totalisator betting services.
(2) The Minister shall not grant a licence unless a deed of agreement between the Minister and the company has come into operation being a deed expressed to be made for this section.
