Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Executive may, by instrument, appoint a person to be a deputy coroner.
(2) The appointment is on the conditions not provided for by this Act or another territory law that are stated in the deputy coroner's instrument of appointment.
