Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A cooperative must give notice to the registrar in accordance with this section of the appointment of a person as a director, principal executive officer or secretary of the cooperative or any subsidiary of the cooperative, and of the cessation of the appointment.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) The notice must—
(a) be given within 28 days after the day of the appointment or cessation of appointment; and
(b) state the particulars prescribed by regulation of the appointment or cessation of appointment.
Note If a form is approved under s 466 for a notice, the form must be used.
