COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 - SECT 289

    (1)     The registrar may, in writing, exempt a person from this division or a provision of this division.

    (2)     An exemption may be unconditional or subject to conditions.

    (3)     An exemption is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
