Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a cooperative incurs any loss because of any fraud, dishonesty, negligence or wilful failure by an administrator to comply with this Act or the rules of the cooperative, the administrator is liable for the loss.
(2) An administrator is not liable for any other loss but must account for the loss in a report given under section 327.
