CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 138

    (1)     For this chapter, the director-general may give directions, orally or in writing, to an offender.

    (2)     To remove any doubt, this section does not limit section 321 (Director-general directions—general).
