CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 59

The director-general must apply to the board for an inquiry under section 66 (Board inquiry—breach of periodic detention obligations) if section 58 applies to an offender for a second or subsequent detention period of the offender's periodic detention period.
