Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must appoint a chair and deputy chair for the Children and Youth Services Council.
(2) The conditions of appointment of the chair are the conditions agreed between the Minister and the chair, subject to any determination under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 .
