Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an official visitor receives a complaint about a detention place, therapeutic protection place or place of care under section 44.
(2) The official visitor must tell the director-general, in writing, that a complaint has been made and the name of the place to which it relates.
