Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsThe applicant for extension, amendment or revocation of a care and protection order, or a provision in a care and protection order, must give a copy of the application to the following people at least 3 working days before the application is to be heard by the court:
(a) each party to the proceeding in which the order was made;
(b) anyone else who was required to be given a copy of the application for the care and protection order;
(c) the public advocate.
