CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 52

    (1)     This section applies if the official visitor—

        (a)     receives a complaint about a detention place, therapeutic protection place or place of care; and

        (b)     is satisfied that the complaint is resolved—

              (i)     with the operating entity for the place; and

              (ii)     to the satisfaction of the complainant.

    (2)     The official visitor must close the complaint.
