Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsThe director-general may confine a child or young person at a therapeutic protection place only—
(a) under a therapeutic protection order; or
(b) under an interim therapeutic protection order; or
(c) if the director-general believes on reasonable grounds the child or young person is in need of emergency therapeutic protection.
