Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an official visitor closes a complaint, other than under section 48 (Withdrawal of complaints) or section 53 (Complaints closed—complainant left detention etc).
(2) The official visitor must tell the complainant—
(a) that the official visitor has closed the complaint; and
(b) the reasons why the official visitor has closed the complaint.
