Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The director-general may ask the chief police officer for assistance in carrying out any of the following actions (the action ):
(a) an appraisal order;

(b) a care and protection appraisal;

(c) emergency action;

(d) a care and protection assessment;

(e) an assessment order;

(f) an interim care and protection order;
(g) a care and protection order;

(h) a DVPO interim protection order;

(i) a DVPO final protection order;

(j) an interim therapeutic protection order;

(k) a therapeutic protection order.

(2) The chief police officer must, if asked, give assistance to the director-general by assigning police officers to assist the director-general in carrying out the action.
