Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the director-general is making a decision about whether an entity is a suitable entity for a stated purpose.
(2) The director-general may, by written notice given to the entity (a requirement notice ), require the entity to do any or all of the following not later than a stated reasonable time:
(a) provide a stated reference or report;
(b) undergo a stated test or medical examination.
