CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 71

Director-general may employ etc suitable entity

The director-general may appoint, engage, employ or authorise a suitable entity for a stated purpose (whether for payment or as a volunteer) for children and young people under this Act.
