CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 729

Objects—ch 20

The objects of this chapter include—

        (a)     providing an effective licensing system for childcare services; and

        (b)     imposing standards for childcare services.

Note     The Minister may make childcare services standards under s 887.
