CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 896

Definitions—pt 27.2

In this part:

"commencement day" means the day the care and protection chapters commence.

"repealed Act "means the Children and Young People Act 1999 , as in force immediately before the commencement day.
