Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The only offences against territory laws are the offences created under this Act or any other Act.

(2) This section does not apply until the default application date.
(3) Subsection (2) and
this subsection expire on the default application date.
