Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by written notice given to an insurer, require the insurer to give the Minister further stated information in relation to a report provided by the insurer under this part.
(2) The notice must—
(a) allow the insurer a stated reasonable time to comply with the notice; and
(b) require the insurer to give the information to the Minister in a reasonable stated way.
(3) If an insurer is given a notice under subsection (1), the insurer must comply with the notice.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(4) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
