Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A plumber is an entity that provides, has provided or proposes to provide a plumbing service.
(2) A plumbing service is the doing or supervision of—
(a) sanitary plumbing work; or
(b) water supply plumbing work.
(3) In this section:
"sanitary plumbing work"—see Water and Sewerage Act 2000 , dictionary.
"water supply plumbing work"—see Water and Sewerage Act 2000 , dictionary.
