Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A plumbing plan certifier is an entity that provides, has provided or proposes to provide a plumbing plan certification service.
(2) A plumbing plan certification service is the doing of plumbing plan certification work.
(3) In this section:
"plumbing plan certification work" means anything a certifier appointed under the Water and Sewerage Act 2000 may or must do under that Act.
