        (a)     asbestos assessor;

        (b)     asbestos removalist;

        (c)     builder;

        (d)     building assessor;

        (e)     building surveyor;

        (f)     drainer;

        (g)     electrician;

        (h)     gasfitter;

              (i)     plumber;

        (j)     plumbing plan certifier;

        (k)     works assessor.
