CRIMES (CHILD SEX OFFENDERS) ACT 2005 - SECT 128

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is engaged in child-related employment; and

        (b)     is charged with a registrable offence; and

        (c)     does not disclose the charge to the person's employer within 7 days after the day the person is charged with the registrable offence.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
