CLINICAL WASTE ACT 1990 - SECT 19

    (1)     A person may apply for a licence to carry on the business of transporting clinical waste.

    (2)     An application must be given to the controller and may be signed by or on behalf of the applicant.

Note 1     If a form is approved by the Minister under s 41 (Approved forms) for an application, the form must be used.

Note 2     A fee may be determined under s 40 (Determination of fees) for this section.
