Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may declare waste to be clinical waste for this Act.
(2) The Minister may declare an activity to be a prescribed activity for this Act.
(3) A declaration under this section is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
