DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 123

    (1)     The Executive may make regulations for this Act.

Note     Regulations must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.

    (2)     The regulations may except people, activities or other things from the operation of particular provisions of part 3, part 5 or part 7.
