DUTIES ACT 1999 - SECT 188A

Meaning of insurer—pt 8.4

In this part:

"insurer "means—

        (a)     a life company under the Life Insurance Act 1995 (Cwlth) that writes life insurance; or

        (b)     a general insurer.
