DUTIES ACT 1999 - SECT 210

Duty under this chapter is not chargeable on an application to register a motor vehicle if the applicant is—

        (a)     a hospital or school; or

        (b)     a person who is to hold the vehicle on behalf of, or as a trustee for, a hospital or school.
