Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If an authorised person has reasonable grounds for suspecting that there may be on any premises a thing of a particular kind connected with a particular offence against this Act, the authorised person may enter premises under a search warrant under section 133 (Search warrants).
(2) An authorised person may enter premises under subsection (1) with necessary and reasonable assistance and force.
(3) A police officer may help the authorised person in the execution of a search warrant if asked to do so.
