DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 2000 - SECT 93

    (1)     The Minister may issue guidelines about the exercise of an authorised person's functions under section 92.

    (2)     An authorised person must comply with any guidelines under this section.

    (3)     A guideline is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
