DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) ACT 2009 - SECT 139

Offence—fail to comply with exclusion order

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     an exclusion order is in force in relation to the person; and

        (b)     the person fails to comply with the order.

Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
