DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) ACT 2009 - SECT 20

    (1)     The Minister must declare 1 or more entities as competent authorities for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
