DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1991 - SECT 9

    (1)     The Minister may approve an activity for the dictionary, definition of "research and development activity", paragraph (h).

    (2)     An approval is a disallowable instrument.

Note      A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
