ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 149A

Declaration of special hospitals

    (1)     The commissioner may declare a hospital that is not a polling place to be a special hospital for this division.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
