ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 167B

Approval of ways of transmission

    (1)     The commissioner may approve a way of transmission for this part.

    (2)     The approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note      A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
