Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner may delegate the commissioner's functions under this Act or another Territory law to an officer or a member of the staff of the electoral commission.
Note For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see Legislation Act 2001 , pt 19.4.
(2) However, the commissioner must not delegate the commissioner's functions under part 4 (Electorates).
