ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 306B

Interfering with electronic counting devices etc

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, destroy or interfere with any device or computer program that is used, or intended to be used, for counting votes electronically.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
