ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 329

    (1)     This section applies to—

        (a)     a completed ballot paper (other than a ballot paper completed by an Antarctic elector); and

        (b)     a completed declaration voting paper.

    (2)     Despite the Legislation Act 2001 , part 19.5 (Service of a document), a document (including a copy of the document) to which this section applies cannot be served on a person by faxing it to the person.
