Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Before deciding the budget priorities for non-government schools each year, the Minister must ask for, and consider the advice of, the Non-government Schools Education Council.
(2) This section does not limit the matters that the Minister may take into account in deciding the budget priorities for non-government schools.
